‘‘যাকাত ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন’’ সুমহান ইসলামের তৃতীয় খুঁটি যাকাত আদায় ও বন্টন
ব্যবস্থাকে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক রূপদানের জন্য গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সোসাইটি এ্যাক্ট এর
অধীনে নিবন্ধিত একটি অরাজনৈতিক, অলাভজনক, সেচ্চাসেবী, সমাজসেবা এবং সামাজিক
উন্নয়নে নিবেদিত একটি বে—সরকারী সংস্থা । এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ, উপদেষ্টা পর্ষদ, শরীয়াহ
বিশেষজ্ঞ কমিটিতে রয়েছেন সরকারের সামরিক, বেসামরিক সাবেক উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ,
বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক, দেশবরেণ্য উলামায়ে কিরাম।
সাংগঠনিক কাঠামো:
বরেণ্য শিক্ষাবিদ, শিল্পপতিদের সমন্বয়ে উপদেষ্টা পরিষদ, সরকারী ও বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে
উচ্চ পদে কাজ করেছেন এমন দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ বোর্ড অব ডাইরেক্টরস, দেশ সেরা প্রখ্যাত
ইসলামী স্কলারস্ ওলামা—মাশায়েখগনের সমন্বয়ে গঠিত শরীয়াহ বোর্ড, দেশ এবং প্রবাসে
অবস্থানরত ইসলাম প্রিয় এবং যাকাত প্রতিষ্ঠায় আন্তরিক জেনারেল কাউন্সিল মেম্বার,
প্রশিক্ষিত যাকাত অফিসার (আমেলীন), সমগ্র বাংলাদেশের শাখাসমূহের ম্যনেজার ও ডেপুটি
ম্যানেজারদের সমন্বয়ে গঠিত ৬ স্তরের জনশক্তি নিয়ে আমাদের সাংগঠনিক কাঠামো বা এই
একটিভ ম্যানেজমেন্ট টীম।
ফাউন্ডেশন এর আইনী মর্যাদা:
০১. গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সোসাইটি এক্টের অধীনে নিবন্ধিত অরাজনৈতিক ও
অলাভজনক যাকাত ভিত্তিক আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান “যাকাত ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন”।
০২. গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সোসাল ওয়েলফেয়ার এক্টের অধীনে নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়াধীন।
০৩. গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের প্রধান উপদেষ্টার কার্যালয়ের অধীন এনজিও বুরোর
ফরেণ এইড এক্টের অধীনে নিবন্ধন প্রক্রিয়াধীন।
লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য:
“যাকাত ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন” বাংলাদেশ যাকাত ভিত্তিক একটি আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান। এর
কার্যক্রম হলো আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টির উদ্দেশে ̈ আল—কুরআন ও সুন্নাহ মোতাবেক যাকাত আদায়
এবং নিধার্রিত খাতে বিতরণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে সামাজিক উন্নয়ন সাধন, গরীব ও দুস্থ্য
মানুষকে সহযোগিতা, তাদের মুখে হাসি ফোটানো, সমাজের অর্থনৈতিক বৈষম ̈ দূরিকরণের
মাধ্যমে মানবতার কল্যাণ।
মিশন
যাকাত ভিত্তিক কল্যাণমূলক বিভিন্ন সেবা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সুবিধা বঞ্চিত মানুষদেরকে এবং
যাকাত কর্মকান্ডে নিয়োজিত ফাউন্ডেশনের এক্তিয়ারভূক্ত সকল কর্মকর্তা—কর্মচারী এবং তাঁদের
পরিবারবর্গের আর্থ—সামাজিক নিরাপত্তা বিধানে সহায়তা প্রদান।

বাংলাদেশ তথা বিশ্বের যেকোন সুবিধাবঞ্চিত মানুষকে সেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে “যাকাত ওয়েলফেয়ার ফাউন্ডেশন” বাংলাদেশ—কে একটি শরীয়াহ সম্মতভাবে দক্ষ, যুগোপযোগী এবং তথ্য প্রযুি৩ সমৃদ্ধ কল্যাণমূলক প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে গড়ে তোলা।

Zakat welfare foundation, Bangladesh is unique among
humanitarian organizations in advancing zakat as a vehicle for social change.
The third pillar of Islam, zakat is an obligatory claim on the wealth of the
affluent to empower the indigent. Zakat welfare foundation (ZWF it is
a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization. Zakat
welfare foundation (ZWF) channels this egalitarian spirit of zakat into a
global vision of social development that transcends national boundaries, and
stands as the foremost authority on interpreting zakat as a factor for positive
change. Zakat welfare foundation (ZWF) is working across the country from
2020. We have mission, vision, and objectives narrated in below:

By
collecting zakat from every possible wealthy people and convey it to the every
suitable person described in the Holy Quran so they can get their right which
they deserve and we can achieve the satisfaction of Almighty Allah (SWT).
Our Mission

make our society free from poverty and to alleviate the immediate needs and ensure the
self-reliance of the poorest people around the world by maintaining equitable distribution as per
system of Islam.

Our Objectives
- To create awareness and enable
Muslims to fulfill their religious duty of payment of Zakat in a proper way as per the directives of
Islam
- To
ensure proper utilization of Zakat fund for the well being of the
poor segment of our society as per tenets of Islam

establish effectiveness of the system of Zakat, as an implementable
strategy for reducing poverty and bringing prosperity to our society

facilitate an institutional platform to enhance collection, disbursement
and effective utilization of Zakat fund
Activities:
· Support the marginalized and
vulnerable to voice their needs and address root causes of poverty.
· By supporting most possible people
and families who has been suffering to
recover their daily needs.
· By helping the poor people that may occur
social-environmental risks.
· By making employment to the distressed unemployed
people.
· By giving educational support to the poor students.
· Give medical support to the poor people who cannot
bear their own expense.
· Support individuals and families in dealing with
vulnerabilities along their life cycle;
· Promote integrated development and
environmental custodianship with a focus on sustainable livelihoods.
Legal status
Zakat Welfare Foundation (ZWF)
was established and registered in the Department of Joint Stock Companies &
Firms on 06 October, 2021 under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Regd. No.
S-13706/2021. ZWF acts as an institutional platform aiming at
enhancing mobilization, disbursement and effective utilization of Zakat fund.
As a collective initiative for Zakat management, ZWF has defined specific
objectives, developed pragmatic strategies and appropriate methodology for
discharging its duties. ZWF developed an organizational structure with
qualified and efficient human resources. Besides, transparency and
accountability in the decision making process and financial management has also
been ensured.

০১. যে এলাকায় যাকাত আদায় হবে সে এলাকায় চাহিদার আলোকে বন্টন করা।
০২. দাতাদের চাহিদা মোতাবেক (নিকট আত্মীয়, এলাকা) আল্লাহ নির্ধারিত খাতে বন্টন করা।
০৩. লোকাল কমিটির প্রস্তাবনা গুরুত্ব প্রদান করা।
০৪. রিজিওনাল ও সেন্ট্রাল মনিটরিং ব্যবস্থা।
০৫ সর্বাধিক গুরুত্ব দিয়ে শরিয়াহ পরিপালন করা।
০৬. আর্ন্তর্জাতিক, সরকারী ও শরিয়াহ কমপ্লাইনস মান্য করা।
০৭. সরকারী, বেসরকারী ও অভ্যন্তরীণ অডিট সম্পন্ন করা।
০৮. মাসিক ও বার্ষিক ভিত্তিতে রিপোর্টিং করা।
০৯. জেনারেল কাউন্সিল, বোর্ড অব ডাইরেক্টরস, শাখা ম্যানেজার ও শরীয়াহ এক্সিলেন্সি টিম কর্তৃক মনিটরিং ও
সুপারভিশন করা।
